Rates include up to 2 people and one RV per site. An additional charge applies for more than two people (see above). No refunds or credits for early departure. Prices are subject to change without notice. RV specials must be paid in full upon arrival. Rates include mowing, water, sewer, and membership in the Activities Club. Electricity is not included in our rates and will be charged at our current rate per kWh. $200.00 deposit required with reservations. Club card discounts apply to the Daily Rate only and for a maximum of 7 nights. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone abusing the guidelines of the park.
